This privacy policy has been prepared based on provisions of multiple legislations, including Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

LLC "PROZORI SOLUTIONS" is a company registered in the Ukraine with principal place of business 61045, KHarkivska obl., misto KHarkiv, VULYTSIA OTAKARA YAROSHA, budynok 17-B (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).


Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

In order to carry out our obligations under contracts between Users and us, we have to process the information (including Personal Data) they give us.

●   principle of individual participation - our Users shall be notified of data collected in connection to them. They shall be granted access to their Personal Data and have the right to demand a correction of inaccurate or misleading data.

Retention of Data

b. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

c. If you are no longer a User of site, we will keep your Usage Data for the minimum length of time required to comply with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and relevant legal or regulatory obligations, but not more than twenty four (24) months. Usage Data collected and processed with your consent shall be retained as long as we have your consent

a. We care to ensure the security of your Personal Data. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data. When we or our contractors process your information, we also make sure that your information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or unauthorized disclosure. This is done through appropriate administrative, technical and physical measures.

  1. We always use pseudonymisation as a method of securing Personal Data we process as the Processor.
  2. We never process any kind of sensitive data and/or criminal offence data. Also, we never undertake profiling of Personal Data. 


b. The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

c. For Users located in Brazilia, all processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with regulations and rules following the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (“LGPD”).


d. Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the laws of every country or legal jurisdiction within which we aim to do business. If you think it fails to satisfy the law of your jurisdiction, we should like to hear from you. However, ultimately it is your choice as to whether you wish to use our website.


e. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Users declare themselves to be adult according to their applicable legislation.
